Mauritius Tianli Spinning Co Ltd (TSM) is expanding its activities in Belle Rive with an investment of Rs 2 billion in the expansion of its building and equipment purchases. This will enable Chinese spinning double its production capacity of wire. The extension is expected to begin in two months. Currently, the plant produces 12,000 tons of yarn per year. The majority of the production is sold on the local market, including companies that export to the U.S.
