Sportswear giant Adidas is looking to replicate a sports stadium experience within its flagships around the world with its new “HomeCourt” retail concept store. Premiering in its largest store, the Adidas Brand Centre in Beijing, China, the concept celebrates the sportswear brands“authentic sports heritage”, while providing customers with a “unique and interactive retail experience”.

MARNI Urban folk is a common theme at Marni, who in the final days of Milan Fashion Week showed a sport luxe collection. For Autumn/Winter 2014, Turkish designer Bora Aksu was inspired by his mother, her life as a teenager at board school, and used the letters she wrote to friends and her drawings as the starting point for his collection.
It was romantic, feminine, with a hint of nostalgia with the models strutting down the catwalk with ribboned plaits to showcase the schoolgirl within a 50s uniform shape of lace knee-length skirts, dainty jackets, peter pan collars and woven knits.
